February 6, 2025: High Point, NC 27265 The Southwest Guilford Cowboys basketball team scored 46 points and limited the visiting Uwharrie Charter Academy Eagles to 20 in the Cowboys non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Cowboys now have a 6-8 record. They play next when they host Bishop McGuinness for a non-league game on Friday, February 7. Southwest Guilford will confront a Villains team coming off a 49-19 non-league win over Uwharrie Charter Academy (Asheboro, NC). The Villains record now stands at 2-2.
With the loss, Uwharrie Charter Academy falls to 4-5 on the campaign. The Eagles host Eastern Randolph (Ramseur, NC) to confront the Wildcats in a game on Friday, February 7. The Wildcats go into the game with a record of 1-2.
