Minnesota High School Ice Hockey - Marshall knocks off Denfeld
February 6, 2025: Duluth, MN 55811 The Marshall Hilltoppers ice hockey team scored 5 points and held the visiting Denfeld Hunters to 2 in the Hilltoppers non-league victory on Thursday.
The Hilltoppers now own a 10-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to St. Cloud Cathedral for a non-league bout on Saturday, February 8. Marshall will play a Crusaders team coming off a 4-1 non-league loss to Alexandria (Alexandria, MN). The Crusaders record now stands at 13-16.
With the defeat, Denfeld moves to 5-10 on the season. The Hunters travel to Proctor (Proctor, MN) to play the Rails in a Lake Superior bout on Tuesday, February 11. The Rails go into the bout with a record of 9-6. Proctor lost 5-2 in their recent non-league bout against Marshall (Duluth, MN)
