California High School Basketball - Benicia triumphant over Berean Christian
February 6, 2025: Benicia, CA 94510 The crowd at Thursday's league challenge between the Benicia Panthers (Benicia, CA) and the visiting Berean Christian Eagles (Walnut Creek, CA), observed Benicia's basketball team overwhelm Berean Christian by a score of 83-25.
The Panthers (14-12) will now prepare for their challenge against Ygnacio Valley (Concord, CA). The Wolves come into the bout with a 1-13 record. In their last bout, Ygnacio Valley was ripped by Alhambra (Martinez, CA), 54-27, in a league bout.
With the loss, Berean Christian falls to 0-11 on the campaign. The Eagles host Miramonte (Orinda, CA) to play the Matadors in a bout on Monday, February 10. The Matadors go into the bout with a record of 5-20. Miramonte lost 66-41 in their recent league bout against Las Lomas (Walnut Creek, CA)
