In Thursday's non-league contest, the visiting Great Plains Lutheran Panthers basketball team scored a close 45-40 triumph over the Wilmot Wolves.

The Panthers (7-5) will now prepare for their contest against Arlington (Arlington, SD). The Cardinals go into the non-league contest with a 0-1 record. In their last contest, Arlington was tipped by Deuel (Clear Lake, SD), 55-2, in a non-league contest.
