Valentine (Valentine, NE) supporters left the game satisfied Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the host Sandhills/Thedford Knights (Dunning, NE), 94-56 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Valentine advances its record to 16-3 on the year. The travel to Chadron (Chadron, NE) to face the Cardinals in a C1 District 12 match on Saturday, February 7. The Cardinals go into the contest with a record of 9-11. Chadron lost 57-37 in their recent non-league contest against Hill City (Hill City, SD)

In their next game, the Knights confront the Mullen Broncos (Mullen, NE) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, February 10. Sandhills/Thedford will attempt to better on its 11-7 season record.
