February 7, 2022: Pleasant Hill, MO 64080 The Pleasant Hill Roosters/Chicks (Pleasant Hill, MO) basketball felled the visiting Nevada Tigers (Nevada, MO), 56-47 in Monday's non-league test.
The Roosters/Chicks (6-8) will now prepare for their test against Cristo Rey Kansas City (Kansas City, MO). The Pumas go into the non-league test with a 5-8 record. In their last test, Cristo Rey Kansas City was beaten by Midland Adventist Academy (Shawnee Mission, KS), 48-43, in a non-league test.
The Tigers now own a 3-12 record. They play next when they travel to McDonald County for a Big 8 test on Friday, February 11. Nevada will encounter a Mustangs squad coming off a 64-57 league loss to Monett (Monett, MO). The Mustangs record now stands at 2-8.
