Minneapolis Southwest Lakers (Minneapolis, MN) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Breck Mustangs (Minneapolis, MN), 79-36 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Minneapolis Southwest upgrades its record to 15-3 on the season. The Lakers travel to St. Anthony Village (Minneapolis, MN) to play the Huskies in a non-league bout on Thursday, February 10. The Huskies go into the bout with a record of 7-10. St. Anthony Village lost 88-48 in their recent non-league bout against Academy of Holy Angels (Richfield, MN)

Next up, the Mustangs play the Brooklyn Center Centaurs (Brooklyn Center, MN) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, February 9. Breck will attempt to upgrade on its 4-9 season record.
