Nevada High School Basketball - Desert Oasis trounces Green Valley

The Desert Oasis Diamondbacks (Las Vegas, NV) basketball crushed the host Green Valley Gators (Henderson, NV), 50-14 in Monday's league test.

The Diamondbacks (13-7) will now prepare for their test against Legacy (North Las Vegas, NV). The Longhorns go into the 5A Southern test with a 9-11 record. In their last test, Legacy was trounced by Spring Valley (Las Vegas, NV), 61-30, in a league test.

The Gators now own a 8-14 record. They play next when they travel to Coronado for a 5A Southern test on Wednesday, February 9. Green Valley will encounter a Cougars squad coming off a 78-46 league loss to Shadow Ridge (Las Vegas, NV). The Cougars record now stands at 10-9.
