The Salem Generals basketball team scored 55 points and held the visiting North Warren Central Cougars to 50 in the Generals league triumph on Monday.

The Generals now sport a 5-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Whitehall for a Section 2 Adirondack II contest on Tuesday, February 8. Salem will meet a Railroaders team coming off a 65-36 league win over Argyle (Argyle, NY). The Railroaders record now stands at 14-3.
