February 7, 2022: Olney, MD 20853 Fans at Monday's league challenge between the Our Lady of Good Counsel Falcons (Olney, MD) and the visiting St. Mary's Ryken Knights (Leonardtown, MD), saw Our Lady of Good Counsel's basketball squad wallop St. Mary's Ryken by a tally of 64-43.
With the victory, Our Lady of Good Counsel improves its record to 14-1 on the campaign. The Falcons host St. John's (Washington, DC) to confront the Cadets in a Washington Catholic challenge on Thursday, February 10. The Cadets come into the challenge with a record of 10-4. St. John's won 56-49 in their recent league challenge against Bishop Ireton (Alexandria, VA)
Next up, the Knights confront the Bishop Ireton Cardinals (Alexandria, VA) in a Washington Catholic challenge, on Thursday, February 10. St. Mary's Ryken will attempt to improve on its 8-5 season record. The Cardinals come into the challenge with a 13-9 record after their 56-49 league loss to St. John's (Washington, DC).
