Kentucky High School Basketball - Cobden ripped by Community Christian
February 7, 2023: Paducah, KY 42003 In Tuesday's non-league match, the host Community Christian Warriors basketball team scored a decisive 85-58 triumph over the Cobden Appleknockers.
In their next game, the Warriors meet the Joppa-Maple Grove Rangers (Joppa, IL) in a non-league match, on Thursday, February 9. Community Christian will attempt to move on its 7-7 season record. The Rangers enter the match with a 7-13 record after their 78-27 non-league loss to Pope County (Golconda, IL).
With the defeat, Cobden moves to 10-16 on the year. The Appleknockers travel to Egyptian (Tamms, IL) to meet the Pharaohs in a South Egyptian match on Friday, February 10. The Pharaohs enter the match with a record of 3-21. Egyptian lost 87-43 in their recent league match against Meridian (Mounds, IL)
