Louisiana High School Basketball - Hamilton Christian trounces East Beauregard
February 7, 2023: DeRidder, LA 70634 The Hamilton Christian Warriors (Lake Charles, LA) basketball crushed the host East Beauregard Trojans (DeRidder, LA), 77-33 in Tuesday's league test.
The Warriors (16-11) will now prepare for their test against Merryville (Merryville, LA). The Panthers go into the 1A District 5 test with a 18-10 record. In their last test, Merryville walloped Oberlin (Oberlin, LA), 69-61, in a league test.
The Trojans now own a 1-16 record. They play next when they travel to St. Edmund for a non-league test on Friday, February 10. East Beauregard will encounter a Fighting Blue Jays squad coming off a 78-53 league loss to Westminster Academy (Opelousas, LA). The Fighting Blue Jays record now stands at 6-11.
