February 7, 2023: Holgate, OH 43527 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Evergreen Vikings (Metamora, OH) and the host Holgate Tigers (Holgate, OH), saw Evergreen's basketball squad overcome Holgate by a tally of 48-34.
With the victory, Evergreen improves its record to 10-8 on the campaign. The Vikings host Liberty Center (Liberty Center, OH) to confront the Tigers in a Northwest Ohio challenge on Friday, February 10. The Tigers come into the challenge with a record of 11-8. Liberty Center won 60-51 in their recent non-league challenge against Lake (Millbury, OH)
Next up, the Tigers confront the Hilltop Cadets (West Unity, OH) in a Buckeye Border challenge, on Friday, February 10. Holgate will attempt to improve on its 2-13 season record. The Cadets come into the challenge with a 3-15 record after their 64-35 non-league loss to Fairview (Sherwood, OH).
