Minnesota High School Basketball - Wrenshall thwarts Greenway
February 7, 2023: Coleraine, MN 55722 The Wrenshall Wrens (Wrenshall, MN) basketball knocked off the host Greenway Raiders (Coleraine, MN), 61-48 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Wrens (5-15) will now prepare for their test against South Ridge (Culver, MN). The Panthers go into the A Section 7 test with a 12-7 record. In their last test, South Ridge notched a victory over Hill City (Hill City, MN), 76-36, in a league test.
The Raiders now own a 2-18 record. They play next when they host Nashwauk-Keewatin for a non-league test on Thursday, February 9. Greenway will encounter a Spartans squad coming off a 69-62 league win over Floodwood (Floodwood, MN). The Spartans record now stands at 6-12.
