The Grundy Center Spartans topped the visiting Montezuma Braves basketball team by a final score of 69-50 in Tuesday's non-league game.

In their next game, the Spartans face the Roland-Story Norsemen (Story City, IA) in a non-league game, on Friday, February 10. Grundy Center will attempt to move on its 14-4 season record. The Norsemen enter the game with a 20-2 record after their 81-33 non-league win over West Marshall (State Center, IA).
