Kentucky High School Basketball - Hart County holds off Metcalfe County
February 7, 2023: Munfordville, KY 42765 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Hart County Raiders (Munfordville, KY) and the visiting Metcalfe County Hornets (Edmonton, KY), saw Hart County's basketball squad hold off Metcalfe County by a tally of 72-66.
With the victory, Hart County improves its record to 10-9 on the campaign. The Raiders travel to Russell County (Russell Springs, KY) to confront the Lakers in a non-league challenge on Thursday, February 9. The Lakers come into the challenge with a record of 5-13.
Next up, the Hornets confront the South Warren Spartans (Bowling Green, KY) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, February 10. Metcalfe County will attempt to improve on its 9-15 season record. The Spartans come into the challenge with a 15-6 record after their 54-39 non-league win over Russellville (Russellville, KY).
