Kentucky High School Basketball - Huntington Prep fells Holy Family
February 7, 2023: Ashland, KY 41101 Huntington Prep Irish (Huntington, WV) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Holy Family Irish (Ashland, KY), 95-81 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Huntington Prep upgrades its record to 15-10 on the season. The Irish travel to Sunrise Christian Academy (Bel Aire, KS) to clash with the Buffaloes in a non-league bout on Thursday, February 9. The Buffaloes go into the bout with a record of 14-6. Sunrise Christian Academy won 73-61 in their recent non-league bout against Wasatch Academy (Mt. Pleasant, UT)
Next up, the Irish clash with the Rose Hill Christian Royals (Ashland, KY) in a non-league bout, on Friday, February 10. Holy Family will attempt to upgrade on its 9-6 season record.
