Minnesota High School Basketball - Cretin-Derham Hall nips Maranatha Christian Academy
February 7, 2023: Brooklyn Park, MN 55428 Cretin-Derham Hall Raiders (St. Paul, MN) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Maranatha Christian Academy Mustangs (Brooklyn Park, MN), 60-53 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Cretin-Derham Hall upgrades its record to 8-13 on the season. The Raiders travel to Woodbury (Woodbury, MN) to play the Royals in a AAAA Section 4 bout on Friday, February 10. The Royals go into the bout with a record of 6-14. Woodbury won 96-24 in their recent league bout against St. Paul Central (St. Paul, MN)
Next up, the Mustangs play the St. Agnes Aggies (St. Paul, MN) in a AA Section 4 bout, on Thursday, February 9. Maranatha Christian Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 11-9 season record. The Aggies go into the bout with a 16-4 record after their 59-57 league loss to Concordia Academy/Hand in Hand Christian Montessori (Roseville, MN).
