February 7, 2023: Roanoke, VA 24019 Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Roanoke Valley Christian EAGLES (Roanoke, VA) and the visiting Grace Christian Warriors (Staunton, VA), saw Roanoke Valley Christian's basketball squad overcome Grace Christian by a tally of 41-33.
With the victory, Roanoke Valley Christian improves its record to 12-5 on the campaign. The EAGLES travel to Westover Christian Academy (Danville, VA) to confront the Bulldogs in a non-league challenge on Friday, February 10. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a record of 12-9. Westover Christian Academy won 56-28 in their recent league challenge against Faith Christian (Roanoke, VA)
Next up, the Warriors confront the United Christian Academy Crusaders (Stanardsville, VA) in a Virginia Christian challenge, on Thursday, February 9. Grace Christian will attempt to improve on its 12-6 season record. The Crusaders come into the challenge with a 0-13 record after their 49-22 league loss to Ridgeview Christian (Stuarts Draft, VA).
