Michigan High School Basketball - Tawas Area ripped by Valley Lutheran
February 7, 2023: Saginaw, MI 48603 The Valley Lutheran Chargers basketball team scored 55 points and held the visiting Tawas Area Braves to 11 in the Chargers non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Chargers now sport a 15-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to St. Louis for a Tri-Valley - West II contest on Friday, February 10. Valley Lutheran will meet a Sharks team coming off a 52-47 league win over Bullock Creek (Midland, MI). The Sharks record now stands at 11-7.
The Braves (3-10) will now prepare for their contest against Calvary Baptist Academy (Midland, MI). The Kings enter the non-league contest with a 13-3 record. In their last contest, Calvary Baptist Academy triumphed over Saginaw Arts & Sciences Academy (Saginaw, MI), 39-32, in a non-league contest.
