North Carolina High School Basketball - Varsity Opponent can't hold off Community Baptist
February 7, 2024: Reidsville, NC 27320 The Community Baptist Conqueror basketball team scored 63 points and held the visiting Varsity Opponent to 62 in the Conqueror non-league triumph on Wednesday.
The Conqueror now sport a 6-17 record. They put it on the line next when they host Asheboro Hybrid Academy for a CSAA contest on Friday, February 9. Community Baptist will battle a Warriors team coming off a 61-33 non-league win over Varsity Opponent (, ). The Warriors record now stands at 12-8.
The (390-1419) will now prepare for their contest against Brewster Academy National (Wolfeboro, NH). The Bobcats enter the non-league contest with a 18-6 record. In their last contest, Brewster Academy National was nudged by La Lumiere (La Porte, IN), 74-66, in a league contest.
