Missouri High School Basketball - Burroughs crushes Sumner
February 7, 2024: St. Louis, MO 63113 Burroughs Bombers (St. Louis, MO) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Sumner Bulldogs (St. Louis, MO), 55-11 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Burroughs upgrades its record to 18-2 on the season. The Bombers travel to Parkway Central (Chesterfield, MO) to play the Colts in a non-league bout on Friday, February 9. The Colts go into the bout with a record of 7-9. Parkway Central won 69-20 in their recent non-league bout against Villa Duchesne (St. Louis, MO)
Next up, the Bulldogs play the Lutheran North Crusaders (St. Louis, MO) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, February 7. Sumner will attempt to upgrade on its 1-10 season record. The Crusaders go into the bout with a 5-14 record after their 48-34 non-league win over Roosevelt (St. Louis, MO).
