February 7, 2024: Jersey City, NJ 07304 Fans at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the St. Dominic Academy Blue Devils (Jersey City, NJ) and the visiting Dwight-Englewood Bulldogs (Englewood, NJ), saw St. Dominic Academy's basketball squad wallop Dwight-Englewood by a tally of 58-30.
With the victory, St. Dominic Academy improves its record to 9-12 on the campaign. The Blue Devils host Union Catholic (Scotch Plains, NJ) to confront the Vikings in a non-league challenge on Friday, February 16. The Vikings come into the challenge with a record of 7-12.
Next up, the Bulldogs confront the Leonia Lions (Leonia, NJ) in a North Jersey - Liberty challenge, on Thursday, February 8. Dwight-Englewood will attempt to improve on its 3-10 season record. The Lions come into the challenge with a 19-5 record after their 41-39 non-league win over Elmwood Park (Elmwood Park, NJ).
