February 7, 2025: Bogalusa, LA 70427 The Albany Hornets (Albany, LA) basketball crushed the host Bogalusa Lumberjacks (Bogalusa, LA), 77-47 in Friday's league bout.
The Hornets now possess a 30-11 record. They play next when they host Amite for a 3A District 8 bout on Tuesday, February 11. Albany will play a Warriors team coming off a 74-49 non-league loss to Walker (Walker, LA). The Warriors record now stands at 5-28.
With the loss, Bogalusa falls to 5-23 on the campaign. The Lumberjacks travel to Doyle (Livingston, LA) to play the Tigers in a 3A District 8 bout on Tuesday, February 11. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 23-11.
