In Friday's non-league contest, the visiting Scottsbluff Bearcats basketball team scored a big 86-48 win over the Alliance Bulldogs.

The Bearcats (16-3) will now prepare for their contest against Sidney (Sidney, NE). The Red Raiders come into the non-league contest with a 13-5 record. In their last contest, Sidney was trounced by Scottsbluff (Scottsbluff, NE), 70-48, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Bulldogs battle the McCook Bison (McCook, NE) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, February 8. Alliance will attempt to better on its 11-8 season record. The Bison come into the contest with a 13-5 record after their 71-25 non-league win over Valentine (Valentine, NE).
