February 7, 2025: Bolivar, MO 65613 The Bolivar Liberators (Bolivar, MO) basketball toppled the visiting Hillcrest Hornets (Springfield, MO), 63-53 in Friday's league bout.
The Liberators now possess a 14-6 record. They play next when they travel to West Plains for a Ozarks bout on Monday, February 10. Bolivar will play a Zizzers team coming off a 88-46 non-league loss to Rolla (Rolla, MO). The Zizzers record now stands at 9-10.
With the loss, Hillcrest falls to 6-5 on the campaign. The Hornets travel to Carl Junction (Carl Junction, MO) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 11. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 13-7. Carl Junction lost 67-42 in their recent non-league game against Logan-Rogersville (Rogersville, MO)
