Maryland High School Basketball - Winters Mill nudges Havre de Grace
February 7, 2025: Westminster, MD 21157 The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the Winters Mill Falcons (Westminster, MD) and the visiting Havre de Grace Warriors (Havre de Grace, MD), observed Winters Mill's basketball team edge Havre de Grace by a score of 67-60.
The Falcons (5-12) will now prepare for their challenge against Pikesville (Baltimore, MD). The Panthers come into the non-league challenge with a 5-10 record. In their last challenge, Pikesville was tipped by New Town (Owings Mills, MD), 90-59, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the Warriors encounter the C. Milton Wright Mustangs (Bel Air, MD) in a Upper Chesapeake Bay - Chesapeake challenge, on Monday, February 10. Havre de Grace will attempt to improve on its 5-9 season record. The Mustangs come into the challenge with a 9-6 record after their 63-61 league win over Elkton (Elkton, MD).
