Illinois High School Basketball - Helias bests Quincy Notre Dame
February 7, 2025: Quincy, IL 62301 The Helias Crusaders basketball team scored 57 points and limited the host Quincy Notre Dame Raiders to 45 in the Crusaders non-league triumph on Friday.
The Crusaders now possess a 13-9 record. They play next when they travel to Cardinal Ritter College Prep for a non-league game on Saturday, February 8. Helias will confront a Lions team coming off a 62-56 non-league loss to East St. Louis (East St. Louis, IL). The Lions record now stands at 7-11.
With the loss, Quincy Notre Dame falls to 13-8 on the campaign. The Raiders host Mexico (Mexico, MO) to confront the Bulldogs in a non-league game on Saturday, February 8. The Bulldogs go into the game with a record of 14-5. Mexico won 75-57 in their recent league game against Moberly (Moberly, MO)
