Illinois High School Basketball - Pawnee holds off Pleasant Hill
February 7, 2025: Pawnee, IL 62558 In Friday's non-league contest, the host Pawnee Indians basketball team scored a close 74-70 triumph over the Pleasant Hill Wolves.
The Indians (6-18) will now prepare for their contest against Nokomis (Nokomis, IL). The Redskins go into the MSM contest with a 13-15 record. In their last contest, Nokomis nipped Hillsboro (Hillsboro, IL), 59-49, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Wolves confront the Calhoun Warriors (Hardin, IL) in a contest, on Tuesday, February 11. Pleasant Hill will attempt to better on its 4-14 season record. The Warriors go into the contest with a 18-7 record after their 45-34 league win over North Greene (White Hall, IL).
