February 7, 2025: Middletown, DE The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the MOT Charter Mustangs (Middletown, DE) and the visiting McKean Highlanders (Wilmington, DE), observed MOT Charter's basketball team edge McKean by a score of 2-0.
The Mustangs (8-9) will now prepare for their challenge against Mount Pleasant (Wilmington, DE). The Green Knights come into the non-league challenge with a 4-13 record. In their last challenge, Mount Pleasant was tipped by Odessa (Townsend, DE), 55-49, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the Highlanders battle the First State Military Academy Bulldogs (Clayton, DE) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, February 10. McKean will attempt to improve on its 3-14 season record. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a 1-13 record after their 57-5 non-league loss to Archmere Academy (Claymont, DE).
