Maryland High School Basketball - Pikesville triumphant over New Town

The crowd at Friday's league challenge between the Pikesville Panthers (Baltimore, MD) and the visiting New Town (Owings Mills, MD), observed Pikesville's basketball team overwhelm New Town by a score of 63-34.

The Panthers (16-1) will now prepare for their challenge against North Point (Waldorf, MD). The Eagles come into the non-league challenge with a 12-3 record. In their last challenge, North Point trounced McDonough (Pomfret, MD), 74-13, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the battle the Milford Mill Academy Millers (Baltimore, MD) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, February 12. New Town will attempt to improve on its 12-7 season record.
