February 7, 2025: Birmingham, MI 48009 The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the St. Catherine of Siena Academy Athletes (Wixom, MI) and the host Seaholm Maples (Birmingham, MI), observed St. Catherine of Siena Academy's basketball team edge Seaholm by a score of 52-51.
The Athletes (14-2) will now prepare for their game against Clawson (Clawson, MI). The Trojans go into the non-league game with a 15-1 record. In their last game, Clawson nudged Mott (Warren, MI), 53-48, in a league game.
With the loss, Seaholm falls to 11-6 on the campaign. The Maples host Troy (Troy, MI) to play the Colts in a Oakland - White game on Tuesday, February 11. The Colts go into the game with a record of 5-10. Troy lost 49-39 in their recent league game against Royal Oak (Royal Oak, MI)
