MacArthur Generals (Decatur, IL) supporters left the game satisfied Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the host Webster Groves Statesmen (Webster Groves, MO), 69-58 in a non-league contest.

The Generals (26-1) will now prepare for their contest against Decatur Eisenhower (Decatur, IL). The Panthers go into the non-league game with a 5-18 record. In their last game, Decatur Eisenhower was toppled by Centennial (Champaign, IL), 77-64, in a non-league game.

With the loss, Webster Groves falls to 14-4 on the campaign. The Statesmen travel to Hazelwood Central (Florissant, MO) to confront the Hawks in a Suburban - Yellow game on Wednesday, February 11. The Hawks go into the game with a record of 4-8.
