Mississippi High School Softball - Columbia gets by West Marion
February 7, 2026: Columbia, MS 39429 The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Columbia Wildcats (Columbia, MS) and the visiting West Marion Trojans (Foxworth, MS), observed Columbia's softball team get by West Marion by a tally of 4-3.
The Wildcats (1-0) will now prepare for their bout against Purvis (Purvis, MS). The Tornadoes go into the non-league bout with a 0-0 record.
In their next game, the Trojans clash with the Lawrence County Cougars (Monticello, MS) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, February 10. West Marion will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record.
