February 8, 2022: Breckenridge, MN 56520 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Breckenridge Cowboys (Breckenridge, MN) and the visiting Minnewaska Area Lakers (Glenwood, MN), saw Breckenridge's basketball squad hold off Minnewaska Area by a count of 50-49.
With the victory, Breckenridge upgrades its record to 3-15 on the campaign. The Cowboys travel to Barnesville (Barnesville, MN) to play the Trojans in a non-league challenge on Thursday, February 10. The Trojans come into the challenge with a record of 10-7. Barnesville won 76-49 in their recent non-league challenge against Norman County East/Ulen-Hitterdal (Twin Valley, MN)
Next up, the Lakers play the Melrose Dutchmen (Melrose, MN) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, February 10. Minnewaska Area will attempt to upgrade on its 2-15 season record.
