Illinois High School Basketball - Canton crushes Havana
February 8, 2022: Canton, IL 61520 Canton Little Giants (Canton, IL) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Havana Ducks (Havana, IL), 70-45 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Canton upgrades its record to 4-20 on the campaign. The Little Giants host Macomb (Macomb, IL) to play the Bombers in a non-league bout on Wednesday, February 9. The Bombers come into the bout with a record of 19-6. Macomb lost 48-43 in their recent non-league bout against Peoria Christian (Peoria, IL)
Next up, the Ducks play the Brimfield Indians (Brimfield, IL) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, February 10. Havana will attempt to upgrade on its 10-14 season record. The Indians come into the bout with a 14-7 record after their 42-25 league loss to Delavan (Delavan, IL).
