South Dakota High School Basketball - Hot Springs holds off Douglas
February 8, 2022: Box Elder, SD 57719 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Hot Springs Bison (Hot Springs, SD) and the host Douglas Patriots (Box Elder, SD), saw Hot Springs's basketball squad hold off Douglas by a tally of 61-56.
With the victory, Hot Springs improves its record to 14-3 on the campaign. The Bison travel to Sturgis (Sturgis, SD) to confront the Scoopers in a non-league challenge on Friday, February 11. The Scoopers come into the challenge with a record of 0-0.
Next up, the Patriots confront the Hill City Rangers (Hill City, SD) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, February 10. Douglas will attempt to improve on its 2-12 season record. The Rangers come into the challenge with a 7-9 record after their 60-34 league win over Lead-Deadwood (Lead, SD).
