Wadena-Deer Creek Wolverines (Wadena, MN) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Long Prairie-Grey Eagle Thunder (Long Prairie, MN), 56-33 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Wadena-Deer Creek upgrades its record to 10-8 on the season. The Wolverines travel to Pillager (Pillager, MN) to play the Huskies in a non-league bout on Thursday, February 10. The Huskies go into the bout with a record of 11-6.
