Connecticut High School Basketball - Middletown tops Sheehan
February 8, 2022: Middletown, CT 06457 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Middletown Blue Dragons (Middletown, CT) and the visiting Sheehan Titans (Wallingford, CT), saw Middletown's basketball squad knock off Sheehan by a count of 61-49.
With the victory, Middletown upgrades its record to 15-2 on the campaign. The Blue Dragons host Amistad (New Haven, CT) to play the Wolves in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, February 9. The Wolves come into the challenge with a record of 3-10. Amistad lost 71-37 in their recent non-league challenge against West Haven (West Haven, CT)
Next up, the Titans play the Amity Regional Spartans (Woodbridge, CT) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, February 11. Sheehan will attempt to upgrade on its 11-8 season record. The Spartans come into the challenge with a 7-11 record after their 41-23 non-league loss to Guilford (Guilford, CT).
