Wisconsin High School Basketball - Port Edwards fells Nekoosa
February 8, 2022: Port Edwards, WI 54469 Port Edwards Blackhawks (Port Edwards, WI) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Nekoosa Papermakers (Nekoosa, WI), 55-45 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Port Edwards upgrades its record to 3-13 on the season. The Blackhawks host Tri-County (Plainfield, WI) to clash with the Penguins in a Central Wisconsin - South bout on Friday, February 11. The Penguins go into the bout with a record of 4-12. Tri-County lost 57-18 in their recent league bout against Almond-Bancroft (Almond, WI)
Next up, the Papermakers clash with the Wautoma Hornets (Wautoma, WI) in a South Central bout, on Friday, February 11. Nekoosa will attempt to upgrade on its 2-15 season record.
