Colorado High School Basketball - Pine Creek crushes Discovery Canyon
February 8, 2022: Colorado Springs, CO 80908 Pine Creek Eagles (Colorado Springs, CO) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Discovery Canyon Thunder (Colorado Springs, CO), 52-17 in a league bout.
With the win, Pine Creek upgrades its record to 8-7 on the season. The Eagles host Fountain-Fort Carson (Fountain, CO) to clash with the Trojans in a bout on Saturday, February 12. The Trojans go into the bout with a record of 10-3. Fountain-Fort Carson won 49-32 in their recent league bout against Lewis-Palmer (Monument, CO)
Next up, the Thunder clash with the Rampart Rams (Colorado Springs, CO) in a non-league game, on Wednesday, February 9. Discovery Canyon will attempt to move on its 3-10 season record. The Rams enter the game with a 3-9 record after their 48-32 non-league loss to Palmer Ridge (Monument, CO).
