Maryland High School Basketball - Woodlawn nips Franklin
February 8, 2022: Baltimore, MD 21207 Woodlawn Warriors (Baltimore, MD) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Franklin Indians (Reisterstown, MD), 43-41 in a league bout.
With the win, Woodlawn upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Warriors host Dulaney (Timonium, MD) to play the Lions in a bout on Wednesday, February 9. The Lions go into the bout with a record of 8-1. Dulaney won 43-37 in their recent league bout against Hereford (Parkton, MD)
Next up, the Indians play the Milford Mill Academy Millers (Baltimore, MD) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, February 9. Franklin will attempt to upgrade on its 8-5 season record.
