North Star Huskies (Eagle, ID) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Wilder Wildcats (Wilder, ID), 39-26 in a league bout.

With the win, North Star upgrades its record to 7-5 on the season. The Huskies travel to Idaho City (Idaho City, ID) to clash with the Wildcats in a bout on Wednesday, February 9. The Wildcats go into the bout with a record of 0-2. Idaho City lost 44-22 in their recent non-league bout against Liberty Charter (Nampa, ID)
