February 8, 2022: Norcross, GA 30093 The crowd at Tuesday's league test between the Greater Atlanta Christian Spartans (Norcross, GA) and the visiting Cedar Grove Saints (Ellenwood, GA), saw Greater Atlanta Christian's soccer squad triumph over Cedar Grove by a margin of 9-0.
The Spartans now sport a 6-0 record. They play next when they travel to Richmond Hill for a non-league test on Friday, February 11. Greater Atlanta Christian will meet a Wildcats squad coming off a 2-1 league win over Statesboro (Statesboro, GA). The Wildcats record now stands at 2-1.
With the loss, Cedar Grove drops to 0-3 on the season. The Saints host Salem (Conyers, GA) to meet the Seminoles in a AAA Region 5 test on Thursday, March 3. The Seminoles come into the test with a record of 0-0.
