WISH Academy Owls (Los Angeles, CA) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Academia Avance Guerreros Jaguares (Los Angeles, CA), 62-50 in a non-league bout.

With the win, WISH Academy upgrades its record to 10-9 on the season. The Owls travel to University Pathways Public Service Academy (Los Angeles, CA) to play the Change Agents in a non-league bout on Friday, February 10. The Change Agents go into the bout with a record of 17-9. University Pathways Public Service Academy won 35-11 in their recent non-league bout against University Pathways Medical Magnet (Los Angeles, CA)
