Lincolnwood Lancers (Raymond, IL) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Tri-City Tornadoes (Buffalo, IL), 48-37 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Lincolnwood upgrades its record to 14-12 on the season. The Lancers travel to Calvary (Springfield, IL) to play the Saints in a non-league bout on Friday, February 9. The Saints go into the bout with a record of 19-8. Calvary won 89-56 in their recent non-league bout against Mt. Pulaski (Mt. Pulaski, IL)

Next up, the Tornadoes play the Edinburg Wildcats (Edinburg, IL) in a non-league bout, on Friday, February 9. Tri-City will attempt to upgrade on its 2-23 season record. The Wildcats go into the bout with a 14-14 record after their 80-31 non-league loss to Clinton (Clinton, IL).
