The North Davidson Black Knights (Lexington, NC) basketball nipped the visiting Southwest Guilford Cowboys (High Point, NC), 29-26 in Thursday's non-league test.

The Black Knights (3-11) will now prepare for their test against Oak Grove (Winston-Salem, NC). The Grizzlies go into the non-league test with a 5-0 record. In their last test, Oak Grove got by North Davidson (Lexington, NC), 50-27, in a non-league test.

The Cowboys now own a 2-13 record. They play next when they travel to Uwharrie Charter for a non-league test on Friday, February 9. Southwest Guilford will encounter a Eagles squad coming off a 46-14 non-league loss to Union Pines (Cameron, NC). The Eagles record now stands at 5-3.
