Georgia High School Soccer - Jones County knocks off Central
February 8, 2024: Gray, GA 31032 Jones County Greyhounds (Gray, GA) fans were pleased Thursday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Central Chargers (Macon, GA), 9-2 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Greyhounds confront the Jackson Red Devils (Jackson, GA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, February 13. Jones County will attempt to better on its 1-1 season record. The Red Devils enter the challenge with a 0-1 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Lamar County (Barnesville, GA).
The Chargers now have a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Dodge County for a non-league challenge on Monday, February 12. Central will meet a Indians squad coming off a 1-0 non-league win over Bleckley County (Cochran, GA). The Indians record now stands at 1-2.
