The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Cathedral Fighting Irish (Indianapolis, IN) and the host Trinity Shamrocks (Louisville, KY), observed Cathedral's basketball team overcome Trinity by a score of 79-70.

The Fighting Irish (14-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Liberty Christian (Anderson, IN). The Lions come into the non-league challenge with a 11-7 record. In their last challenge, Liberty Christian dropped by Lawrence Central (Indianapolis, IN), 101-68, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Shamrocks battle the Ballard Bruins (Louisville, KY) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, February 11. Trinity will attempt to improve on its 10-14 season record. The Bruins come into the challenge with a 15-9 record after their 69-60 non-league loss to St. Xavier (Louisville, KY).
