Michigan High School Basketball - Paw Paw nips Catholic Central
February 8, 2025: Grand Rapids, MI 49503 In Saturday's non-league contest, the visiting Paw Paw Red Wolves basketball team scored a close 40-38 triumph over the Catholic Central Cougars.
The Red Wolves (15-3) will now prepare for their contest against Niles (Niles, MI). The Vikings go into the Wolverine B contest with a 10-8 record. In their last contest, Niles nipped Sturgis (Sturgis, MI), 44-37, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Cougars battle the Forest Hills Central Rangers (Grand Rapids, MI) in a Ottawa-Kent - White contest, on Tuesday, February 11. Catholic Central will attempt to better on its 11-7 season record. The Rangers go into the contest with a 11-7 record after their 62-50 league win over East Grand Rapids (Grand Rapids, MI).
